The large lovely garden is fully enclosed. It is designed in the French manner, with clipped boules, lots of lavender, box, and scented shrubs. Twelve olive trees supply us with several litres of olive oil each year; the cypress trees stand as sentinels, Provençal symbols of welcome and hospitality. The fig tree has two delicious crops per year.

There are two outdoor terraces: one is covered and furnished as an outdoor sitting room, the other is the summer dining room. There is another stone terrace under the olive trees, where one can breakfast in the sun, viewing the Saracen towers.

The pool is 10 metres by 5 metres. It is bromine-treated, much easier on the eyes than chlorine. The pool is fully fenced in accordance with French law. There are six sunbeds on a large tiled pool terrace. Pool towels are supplied.

There is a W.C. just off the covered terrace.
