Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool while you decide on tomorrow’s expedition, perhaps to Avignon, or to Moustiers-Ste-Marie, or maybe just the long walk to the Monastère St. Joseph.

Welcome to La Campagne Saint Charles, located in the lovely village of Cotignac, in the Var, in what is described as La Provence Verte.

The house is a one hour drive inland from St. Tropez, and about one and a half hours drive from either Nice or Marseille. Cotignac is well-placed to visit numerous attractive sites in the South of France, including the Abbaye de Thoronet, the Gorges de Verdon, the Château of Entrecasteaux, the mediaeval villages of Fox-Amphoux and Tourtour, or Moustiers-Ste-Marie. Aix-en-Provence is well within reach, while Arles, Avignon, Grasse, and St. Paul-de-Vence make wonderful day trips. Vineyards offering excellent wines for tasting are almost everywhere.
