Rates are in Canadian currency and per week. Minimum two week rental. Discounts for stays of one month or more.

April, May, and October:
•   $2,250 Cdn per week

June, July, August, and September:
•  $3,250 Cdn per week

•   Rates for winter months by arrangement
•   Damage/Caution deposit $1,000 Cdn, refundable
•   Rental secured by $1,000 Cdn deposit at time of booking
•   Total rent due six weeks prior to rental period
•   Rates subject to change without notice, unless rental has been secured
     with a deposit

Restrictions:
•  We request absolutely no smoking anywhere inside the house.
•   Please note that the house is neither equipped nor suitable for young children.
•   No pets are permitted.
